  • AI Integration: The App is integrated with third-party AI services, such as the Gemini API, to process user inputs.
  • Data Transmission: User inputs (e.g., queries) are directly transmitted to third-party APIs for processing and response generation.
  • Device Information: Some device information may be collected in cases of crashes or for performance improvement purposes. However, the sensitivity of this information cannot be guaranteed. Users should avoid sharing sensitive data.
  • Location Data: The App does not collect or process location-based data. Any such data used by third-party services is governed by their respective privacy policies.
  • Crash Reports: In the event of crashes or unexpected errors, anonymized crash reports are sent to Firebase Crashlytics to improve App performance.

2. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services to provide AI functionality:

  • Gemini API: User queries are processed through this AI service to generate responses.

  • AdMob: AdMob is used to display ads. Device data such as IP addresses and advertising IDs may be shared with AdMob to serve personalized ads. Privacy Policy

Important Note: User data is processed directly by third-party APIs, and Cyber Mind does not have access to, manage, or delete this data. Users must contact the respective provider directly to request data deletion.

3. Data Storage

  • Local Storage: User inputs and responses may only be stored on the device’s local storage. This data is not stored on Cyber Mind servers.
  • User Control: Users can delete the inputs and responses stored on their devices at any time.
  • Retention Period: Data collected by the App is retained only as long as necessary to provide the intended functionality. Users have the right to delete this data by clearing App data through their device settings.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Sensitive Data: Users should avoid sharing sensitive or personal information such as passwords, health data, or financial information while using the App.
  • Verification: Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of AI-generated responses.

4.1. User Rights

  • Access: Users have the right to access the data collected by the App and request its deletion.
  • Correction: Users can request corrections to any inaccurate data stored on their devices.
  • Revocation: Users can revoke consent for data processing at any time by ceasing use of the App.

5. Ads and In-App Purchases

5.1. Ads

  • Ad Processing: The App may display personalized or general ads from third-party ad providers.
  • Data Sharing: Device information or anonymous usage data may be shared with third-party ad providers to optimize ad performance.
  • Ad Policies: The privacy policies of the ad providers apply. Users are encouraged to review how these providers handle data.
  • Opt-Out Options: Users can opt out of personalized ads by updating their ad preferences in their Google Account settings.

5.2. In-App Purchases

  • Purchase Data: The App uses secure payment providers, such as Google Play Store, to process purchase transactions.
  • Data Storage: Cyber Mind does not store personal data related to purchases. All transaction data is handled by the payment provider.
  • Responsibility: Users should contact the payment provider to resolve issues related to incorrect or failed transactions.

6. Security

Cyber Mind strives to ensure the secure transmission of user data to third-party APIs. However, the security of transmitted data depends on the privacy policies and practices of these API providers. Cyber Mind cannot guarantee the security of third-party services and accepts no responsibility for their security practices.

Encryption: All data transmitted to third-party APIs is encrypted using HTTPS. This ensures that sensitive data is protected during transmission.

User Awareness: Users are encouraged to keep their devices secure and ensure that unauthorized individuals do not gain access to the App.

6.1. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child under 13 has provided personal data, please contact us to remove it.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the App’s functionality or applicable laws. Any changes will take effect upon publication.
